At the microphone of Awakeningthe director of Acadian and Francophone Society of Prince Edward Island explains in more detail this approach, which aims to strengthen the organizational capacities of the speaker, which is increasingly in demand.

To meet demand, the ideal scenario would be to have five people in place, but the reality of funding does not allow us to do so. So we set up this process, we were looking for skills. It can be part time or full time depending on the need.
