admitted not to comply with required care and assessments.Ang SHA
it is stated in this document that discrimination was not a factor in handling Samwel Uko’s case.It is difficult to determine the identity of Mr. Uko, who contributed to Mr. Uko not getting the care he might need, is written in the document.
Deteriorating state of health
For their part, the family made a statement filed by The Merchant Law Group. Samwel Uko was allegedly asked to return to the hospital if his condition worsened.
However, when his condition worsened and the police took him to the emergency room, he was not given the care he needed. Instead security guards escorted him out of the building.he says. The fact that Samwel was accompanied by the police a second time shows that his mental state has deteriorated. This denial by the medical personnel was the straw that broke on the camel’s backsaid the family.
