The author and actor of the TV series Do You Hear Me Pascale Renaud-Hébert is scared to death. Her anxiety about losing a loved one began in childhood. At the age of 8, he decided to establish a very simple rule with his family, “in case fate strikes us”, the author explains.

He also told us in all honesty “a really embarrassing anecdote” about his deep fear of death, which over time has become an obsession.

I was the kind of kid who asked his mother, pretty simple, in pajamas, storytelling, turned off the light, good night and kisses given: “Mom, why are we going to die?”
