A woman was seriously injured in a collision involving adjacent vehicles in Kings County, Nova Scotia on Saturday.
Saturday was full of accidents involving all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), the Nova Scotia Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) reported.
The collision involving adjacent vehicles occurred just before 2 pm The passenger was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter with serious injuries.
The injured driver was also taken to Halifax by ambulance.
In the middle of the afternoon, a man was injured in the Annapolis area due to a car and dirt bike collision. The driver was taken to hospital with non -life threatening injuries.
Eventually, a driver MTB was picked up by an ambulance following a collision in the area ofEast Hants. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
Around 5 pm, a collision involving a MTB occurred in the county of Colchester. The driver and passenger sustained minor injuries.
At the beginning of the sunny day, the RCMP asking off-road vehicle enthusiasts to slow down, drive carefully and conduct their activities in a safe and respectful manner.
