It turned out that the Ministry of National Education opened an expensive tender for the purchase of 3,850 school buses. The surcharge reaches R$700 million. Technicians from the FNDE itself and inspectors from the Comptroller General’s Office noted the stench. But the center closes its nose and continues on its way.

Contrary to technical reservations, FNDE authorized the bidding two weeks ago. The electronic auction will take place on Tuesday. The authorization was signed by Educational Actions director, Garigham Amarante. The owner of Bolsonaro’s party, PL, is the nominee of the notorious Valdemar Costa Neto. FNDE head Marcelo Ponte also signed the document. The character was once an adviser to Chief of Staff Ciro Nogueira.

Unaware of the evidence, Bolsonaro says he commands a “corruption-free” government. But some Brazilians, fed up with looting, no longer swallow the shame. In this game, Bolsonaro plays the role of the coach. He’s growing the team. It works outside of the four lines. Replace players only when the shard is too open. And he pretends not to know that Brasilia’s administrative heartbeat of the government is again gaining the appearance of Baghdad handed over to Ali-Baba. The MEC has become very similar to a cave.
