Head-on collision between two trucks on Ayer’s Cliff

Emergency crews were called around 4:10 p.m.

According to SQSecurity of Quebeca southbound truck was reported to have strayed from its path for unknown reasons and collided with another northbound truck.

Three people were injured in the accident and taken to hospital. Their lives are not in danger, suggests SQSecurity of Quebec.

Route 141 was closed in both directions on rue Charest for several hours. Tow trucks arrived at the scene around 7 pm, when it was confirmed that the lives of the passengers of both trucks were not in danger.

Towing work is complicated by the size of the vehicles, but the two lines should reopen at night, believes SQSecurity of Quebec.
