Two tragic deaths to Estrie

National Patriots’ Day turned out to be a tragedy for Estrie.

In Notre-Dame-de-Stanbridge Est, a 15-year-old boy died after an ATV accident.

The accident occurred around 7:30 pm at MRC Brome-Missisquoi.

Two teenagers travel together on an ATV on a private lot on the Chemin de la Grande Ligne Ouest.

Both people were ejected from the craft because of what seemed like a mistake.

The rear passenger was seriously injured.

Another young driver also sustained injuries, but was never taken to hospital.

The exact cause of the accident is not yet known.

Accident in Saint-Herménégilde

A man in his fifties was accidentally killed around 3 pm on Monday in Saint-Herménégilde at the MRC of Coaticook.
