Tyler Shandro, Alberta’s justice minister, is scheduled to attend a disciplinary hearing in October. He was accused of professional misconduct.
Tyler Shandro is due to appear for a three -day disciplinary hearing in October. The Alberta Minister of Justice has notably been accused of using his position to obtain phone numbers improperly from individuals.
The facts allegedly against him began when he was Minister of Health.
An initial complaint filed against him accused him of misconduct towards someone who would have been guilty, in his view, of criticizing the Alberta health care system.
The second complaint states that he used his position as minister to obtain personal phone numbers from residents, and the third complaint accuses him of intimidating the author of an e-mail addressed to his wife, who urged the latter to send emails to him. from now on if he refuses to be referred to the authorities.
He is being investigated by the Law Society of Alberta (Law Society of Alberta). Tyler Shandro is a lawyer and member of the Bar.
