A rowboat carrying five people capsized Saturday afternoon in the Dallaire stream in the Pointe-Lebel area of Baie-Comeau. One more person is missing.

According to preliminary information from the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), four people were released from the water and taken to Baie-Comeau hospital. Their condition remains unknown.
Of the five people on the boat, two were children.

The rescue operation is still ongoing.
A police boat from MRC de Manicouagan and another belonging to the Fire Department were engaged in the search.
Still according to SQ, a helicopter was heading to the scene of the accident to assist teams in the area.
