The man was charged with sexual touching and producing explicit sexual material between 2012 and 2021.

The victim was also injured from 8 to 12 years old. The actions took place at night, while other households were asleep, and happened about twice a week. In addition to the attacks, the man watched the victim pornographic films, to suggest sexual behaviors that should be done with him. The most recent events took place in the summer of 2020, and this prompted the victim to report the situation to her mother.

Without confession, the man acknowledged the acts done to his daughter. He noted that the actions were stronger than him.
