The RCMP is investigating the deadly ATV crash south of Truro

The Colchester County District RCMP in central Nova Scotia is investigating a fatal all-terrain vehicle accident that occurred near a road in South Branch, south of the town of Truro.

Saturday around 6:10 pm, the RCMP of the county district of Colchesterfire and emergency medical services are present at a property near the road Stewiacke sa South Branch.

Police found that the driver of the vehicle lost control of his vehicle while moving into the property before it went into a stream.

The driver and sole rider of MTBa 31 year old male fromUpper Rawdona community north of Halifax, died at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, with the help of collision analysis and reconstruction services RCMP and the Nova Scotia medical examiner’s office, said Corporal Guillaume Tremblay, information officer for RCMP in Nova Scotia.
