A second man was charged and a third man was arrested in connection with the death of 18-year-old Joedin Leger of Moncton, New Brunswick.
An 18-year-old Moncton teenager, Riley Phillips, was already charged with first degree murder in connection with the case last week.
Hunter Nash England of Moncton, 20, is the second person charged with first degree murder in this case. The 20-year-old appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Wednesday.
On Thursday, a 23-year-old man was also arrested in Moncton as part of the investigation. He will appear in Moncton Provincial Court on Friday morning.
The cases stemmed from an incident on April 25 at a residence on Logan Lane in Moncton.
Police attended the residence after being informed that firing was there.
He found Joedin Leger shot and wounded. He was later killed by his wounds.
