The police have reason to believe that the man could have had multiple victims.

The suspect approaches young students from various secondary schools and private colleges in the Sainte-Foy, Ancienne-Lorette and Val-Bélair sectors. It is known for supplying tobacco and alcohol items to young people. Once he gets to know these young people a little, he invites them into his car and hands over the items to then commit the alleged acts. mentions the SPVQ in a press release released on Saturday.

The police are asking anyone with information in this file to contact 9-1-1 or 418 641-AGIR (2447), the confidential treatment line for the SPVQ.
