The coach of CD Tenerife, Luis Miguel Ramis, has acknowledged that his team “had a hard time understanding what the match was asking for”, in which they lost to Girona FC (1-3) and were on the verge of promotion to First division.
“We were very nervous in the first half, we did the hardest thing, which was to draw, and when we were good, an error came, and errors pay off”, he commented at the press conference after the match.
Ramis has stated that Girona’s second goal did them “a lot of damage”, since they lost a ball that they shouldn’t lose in midfield and then they haven’t “had any luck with the rebound”.
“We have done many things well, but not enough”, commented the coach, who has commented that he is “exhausted” by the season and needs to “forget about the ball”, about what he has said that now it is like “a roller coaster start over”.
“We will keep trying,” he said.
