The police operation took place within the framework of the ACCES-Cannabis program, whose mission is to reduce the accessibility of illicit cannabis on the Quebec market, particularly among young people. The objective is also to reduce unfair competition from illegal producers and traffickers towards the Société québécoise du cannabis (SQDC).
