The death of the young journalist caused a shock among his colleagues. “With deep pain and disbelief I leave Sebastián Pordomingo. 34 years old, the Jewel of Quenumá. Bastard fate, brought by Seba,” Sergio Kanevsky tweeted.

The news was also echoed by journalist Clara Mariño, who published: “I could tell you that I was very happy for the brilliantly conquered world championship. But everything was fatally overshadowed by the death of Sebastián Pordomingo, 34, who was part of the Las cosas clear on the Internet. We will not forget you.”
