However, according to the most optimistic estimates, his recovery will take three to four months, so he will miss a good part of the Professional League and would arrive just in time for the group stage of the Copa Libertadores de América.
River will resume his activity in January when he travels to the United States for preseason work with the following confirmed friendlies: Monterrey from Mexico (10/01 in Austin, Texas), Millonarios from Colombia (14/01 at DRV PNK Stadium in Florida); and Vasco de Gama from Brazil (01/17 at DRV PNK Stadium in Florida).
