Lionel Messi thanks PSG after winning the World Cup

the argentinian ace Lionel Messi (35) was received with the right to a party by his club Paris Saint-Germain, in France, this Wednesday, 4th, to celebrate his and Argentina’s victory in the World Cup in Qatar. Then, on his social networks, the player thanked the club and his colleagues.

“Many thanks to my colleagues and all the people at the club for the welcome they gave me. We are already back and eager to continue fulfilling this season’s objectives, now with PSG”wrote the player in the caption of the post he made on his official Instagram profile.

This is the first time that Messi has returned to the pitch for his first training session after the post-World Cup break and the end of the year, and he was received with applause by the players and the club’s coaching staff.

Messi’s contract runs until the end of June this year. The athlete spent the turn of the year in Rosario, Argentina, his hometown, and should already be on the field in PSG’s next game, this Friday, 6th, against Chateauroux, for the French Cup.
