Problems and more problems, except this last one. The 29-year-old model has come out to debunk the rumours. “I won’t leave him alone at the worst time of his life”, answered a question from Paola Gonzalez, of the ‘Fiesta’ program by Telecinco Spain, on release from prison.

Is that Sanz, contrary to rumors, this Sunday went to see the former Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint Germain footballer. He arrived with Bruno, a friend and personal chef of the Brazilian, and they went to see him between 18:00 and 18:50 (Spanish time).

On Monday, the prosecutor’s office opposed the Barcelona court to release Dani Alves on bail, considering that the risk of evasion persists and that indications remain that he committed the alleged violation for which he entered prison on 20 September.

According to sources in the prosecutor’s office, the prosecutor’s office has presented its report to the Court of Barcelona to oppose the footballer’s release and rejects the precautionary measures of withdrawing his passport, the daily appearances in court and the use of an electronic bracelet which proposes his defense .

Alves’ defense challenged before the Court of Barcelona the order of the investigating judge who placed him in pre-trial detention for the alleged rape of a young woman at the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona on December 30, for which the Court will have to decide in the next few days whether release it, once you have received the reports from the public prosecutor’s office and from the private prosecutor’s office.

To date, according to judicial sources have indicated to the international agency EFE extensionthe private prosecutor representing the victim has not yet sent his statement to the Court of Barcelona to take a position on the appeal presented by the Brazilian player on January 30th.

In this appeal, the player’s lawyer, Cristóbal Martell, put forward several arguments to dismantle the flight risk on which the judge who is investigating the case at the number 15 court in Barcelona relied to send the footballer to jail, the last January 20th.

The player’s defense argued, among other reasons, that Alves voluntarily went to testify before the Mossos, that he resides with his wife in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) and that he has personal, family, social and entrepreneurial roots in the Catalan capital , which undermines their risk of flight.

He also argued that the player no longer has the “periodic income economic muscle” that the instructor attributed to him, after the Mexican soccer team Pumas, for which he played, terminated his contract and after the loss of other contracts of sponsorship, advertising and image that he had signed up with different brands.

Furthermore, in the brief presented before the Tribunal of Barcelona, the legal team of the former Barcelona player questioned the evidence that led the judge to send Alves to prison, mainly using the videos of the images preceding the moment in which the young woman and Alves entered the private bathroom of a private room at the Sutton nightclub, where he allegedly raped her.

According to the letter, the footage shows that before that moment Alves and the victim, who went to the disco with a cousin and a friend, found themselves in a “playful and festive way, surrounded by many people in an open space”, which “is far ” from the “environmental intimidation” scenario.

Subsequently, Alves’ lawyer specified in the appeal, the recording denied that the footballer closed the door of the bathroom where the alleged rape took place: first he enters the room and, two minutes later, the young woman does: ” without Dani Alves paving the way for him”.

However, the public prosecutor opposes the Barcelona court for the release of Alves, detained in the Brians 2 prison in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires (Barcelona), considering that the risk of absconding persists and that there are indications that he has committed the alleged violation.
