The Córdoba Open will once again have a local champion. “It’s a joy to be able to reach the final in this tournament and be able to define the title against another Argentinian like Fede (Coria). It makes me very happy to be able to recover my best level and I hope to crown it with the title”said Báez, who won against Italian Luciano Darderi (140) 6-3 and 6-4, and in the quarterfinals he beat Chilean Tomás Barrios Vera (212) 6-1, 3-6 and 6-1.
