Basketball player and star of the Los Angeles LakersTrevor Ariza (37) is being accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife, Bree Anderson. She even asked for a protective measure against the NBA star.

According to the website Radar Online, Bree demands that the basketball player be banned from entering her home and wants custody of the children. She even asked that Trevor’s visits be supervised. “He was verbally and emotionally abusive to me. Some of the abuse happened in front of our children. I was financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage.”said Bree Anderson, who also added that she thought the divorce would make the abuse stop, but, according to her, that is not what happened.

Ariza would have entered the ex-wife’s house without her knowing several times. She also said that the athlete does not pay child support and even threatened to take the children of the former couple out of her custody. The protective measure also details an alleged incident in August 2021.

Bree Anderson claimed the basketball player reportedly got mad after she refused to hand over her cell phone. She claims that she was thrown on the bed and strangled by the athlete, and even accuses him of punching her several times. In the process, Trevor Ariza’s ex-wife even included photos of his face with bruises. In February 2020, he allegedly strangled her until she passed out. “He grabbed me by the throat and choked me until I was unconscious”, revealed. The couple’s relationship lasted four years.

Trevor Ariza, in response to the allegations, demanded joint physical and legal custody of the former couple’s children. He also asked the court to terminate Bree Anderson’s child support entitlement. The case is still ongoing.
