Raffaele Dizeoone of the bosses of the brave bar of Mouthwas acquitted this Thursday by the Oral Criminal and Correctional Court (TOC) 13 in the context of the trial for the murder of Marcello Carnevale (33) and angel diaz (44), two fans of the La Ribera club shot dead near the San Lorenzo stadium in July 2013.

The prosecutor Aldo della Fonte had asked for four years’ imprisonment for Di Zeo and three years for De Vaux and Coronel, after having accused them of the crime of “Instigating the formation of groups intended to commit crimes in the context of a sporting event”.
Two weeks ago Di Zeo was fired in the other case for which he had been investigated in recent months. He was close “aggravated cover-up” for allegedly facilitating the escape of Maximilian Oetinger, then three in the tribune’s chain of command, wanted for kidnapping for ransom.
Ten other bars were also listed in that trial, including the other head of the Xeneize bar, Mauro Martín, who was also acquitted.
In this way Di Zeo no longer has pending cases with the courts and once removed from the list of admission rights he will be able to return to the stands of La Bombonera.
