A former butler has denounced the PSG boss for psychological violence and working conditions contrary to human dignity

“Hicham Karmoussi worked for years without a contract or residence permit for Al-Khelaifi at an unsustainable pace”his lawyer, Antoine Ory, told AFP.

The Moroccan also specifies that on 12 October 2017, in the report requested by the Swiss judicial authorities of the BeIN Sports headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt, in the preliminary investigation for obtaining the broadcasting rights for the 2026 and 2030 World Cups, Al-Khelaifi urgently asked him to “clean up the house” to hide any evidence of violations.

The Qatari employer finally gave him a contract between 2018 and 2020, according to the complaint.

Karmoussi has previously testified as a witness in the investigation into the conditions for the assignment of the 2022 World Cup. According to his lawyer, he did not testify in the investigation into the PSG confidential leaks, in which several former PSG employees were accused in 2022 or that they were close to Al-Khelaifi, and now in conflict with him.

A preliminary investigation was also launched in mid-January for hidden work against the PSG and Nasser Al-Khelaifi after a complaint presented, according to L’Equipe and Le Monde, by another former adviser.
