According to local media reports, Immobile explained to the Carabinieri that the tram was to blame for the accident when passing through a red light.
Immobile’s eldest daughter went with him to Gemelli, while the youngest was transferred to Bambino Gesù.
Furthermore, the tram driver who was transferred to the Umberto I hospital was also injured, while the passengers who were on board the public transport were hospitalized in various health centers in the capital with minor injuries.
