Boxing evening at Luna Park: the third edition of “Gloria e Onore” will have four titles up for grabs

In another of the stellar events, the eccentric and double world ranked, the Catamaran Pablo “Pacman” Corzo (14-0-0, 12 KOs), will defend his Fedelatin title and go up for the (vacant) IBF Latin super middleweight division. His rival will be the rough Colombian Juan “Meteora” Boada (14-4-0, 8 KO), who made the announcement months ago by forcefully eliminating the undefeated Cordoban, Nahuel García, in just two rounds – and at home.

In addition, there will be a qualifying round for the Argentine super welterweight title, featuring the ex-national and sixth-ranked WBO junior middleweight belt bearer, Marco “Kid Dynamite” Garcia (10-0-0, 7 KOs). Mendoza’s opponent will be his compatriot, but based today in La Rioja and ninth on the list, the tough Marcello “Itaka” Vargas (16-8-1, 12 KOs). All eight chapters.

Complementary duels

The night will feature a cross between the heirs of great boxing dynasties over eight rounds. On one hand, the WBO junior lightweight titleholder, a native of Buenos Aires Alan “The Poison” Cháves (11-0-0, 9 KOs) and nephew of former world champion Diego “La Joya” Cháves, will face the experienced Cordovan Sergio “Junior” Liendo (14-7-0, 4 KOs), son of Sergio Rafael, great entertainer in the 90s and 2000s.
