Martín Liberman scolded an ice cream shop, but the company leaked private conversations and sent him to the front

On this Monday night, Martín Liberman uploaded a complaint on his social networks for a jar of ice cream that arrived, according to him, with a figure lower than the correspondent and the shop responded with a controversial accusation.

It all started when the journalist posted a photo on his Instagram profile and denounced: “If you order ice cream from @ladobuenook, this is very likely the dish will come to you. Scoundrels, fill your plate, don’t rip people off”.

Faced with this message, the ice cream parlor also responded with a story on the aforementioned social network in which it revealed that, apparently, the driver’s anger was for another reason: “We do not agree to advertise @libermanmartin.”

Meanwhile on Twitter he added: “Don’t be like Martín Liberman, who lies and when you refuse to give him ice cream, he scolds you.. Oh, and what’s more, he hates Messi, who is worse than the first.”.​

to make matters worsethe venue posted a capture of a conversation with the driver in which he offered to advertise them in exchange for his products.

“I would like to propose an exchange with continuity, I loved your ice cream”we read in those chats that the journalist talks about this confectionery company, extolling its flavours.

Also, in the private conversation you can see what they say about the ice cream shop: “Hello, Martín. At the moment we are not carrying out this type of action, we thank you for your interest and good luck.”

The release of Martín Liberman before the scandal

Before the publication of these messages, the sports journalist made a long outburst in his stories: “I want to tell you why the guys from Lado Bueno omitted it. I complained privately, sent them a photo of the vase and they replied: ‘Which branch? When? AS?'”.

“I don’t know which branch, if I asked through an application. So don’t believe everything you read and everything you hear, a year ago I told you if you wanted to do something together”he explained, giving his version of events.

“What the guys have omitted is to put the whole part where I send you the photo of the ice cream that I received, where for several days they didn’t answer me anything, when they answered me they were questions and never again”, he complained referring to the quality of the customer service of the sweet shop.

Regarding what bothered him about this situation, the driver specified: “They had a chance to fix the mistake, to compensate me or not, to give me an explanation or not, and they didn’t.”

“Since they haven’t replied to me until today, it’s just that I decided to upload the photo of the ice cream. Small detail, right?” she remarkedunderlining what, according to him, was what sparked the discussion on social networks.

“To summarize: I will continue to order the ice cream that I likethere are many other rich people, that’s the one we like to ask,” he warned.

“They told me ‘No’ at the time and it’s perfect, after that we’ve bought no less than twenty or thirty times and usually it comes in handy… sometimes it comes half empty, but never like this time: empty, all stuck together, badly presented,” he reiterated about his initial complaint.

“And the most normal thing is to say: ‘What, the truth is how bad that pot is, I’ll send you another one, sorry'”he clarified, almost implying what response he would have liked to receive from the aforementioned company.

“Much easier is to insinuate that my complaint is related to a rejection by them a year ago. That is, I was waiting a year ago for a bad dish to come to me to return? No, it’s not like that,” he said of allegations that all of this was due to a refusal to make a trade with him.
