There is still no information about the reasons for the cyber attack or who is responsible. One might believe that they are Mexican because they have shared office in support of that country’s president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador. However, around midnight they posted a message of support for the footballer Vinicius and shared the YouTube channel of a Brazilian music artist.

You know I faked my death, no?” It was the first post that attracted attention on the Facebook account. More messages followed, such as “There is no coke here in heaven. Just Pepsi”, “One Piece is better than any other current anime” and “Long live Messi, Cr7 is an asshole“.

Also, they updated their Facebook account introduction information and entered the file link to a YouTube channel. This is the profile of a Brazilian artist who uploads songs: he has only 66 subscribers and 10 videos. In the last of them, many of the comments come from users who have passed through Maradona’s Facebook account.

The last post was around midnight this Tuesday. “We are with you Vini jr..”, they wrote next to the image of the Real Madrid Brazilian footballer, who suffered from racism in the last match against Valencia.

At around 11:45 pm, a strange story was shared through the official account of Maradona’s Instagram, which was apparently also a victim of the hack. It is an image of a young woman in black overalls, hood and sunglasses drinking from a glass. “Astro,” she reads behind. It is the same image that illustrates the YouTube channel shared on Facebook.

By midnight this Tuesday, all of these posts were still visible on the profile, so it is understood that the Diez family still hadn’t been able to recover the account.
