The images are clear and Justice already has them in its power. The family of Anabelia Ayalathe woman who reported footballer Oscar Junior Benítez for gender violence and committed suicide in the final hours of December 31 revealed on Thursday a series of videos in which the truck owned by the former Boca and Lanús player, among others, is seen in front of the door of the victim’s homewhich would demonstrate that he violated the 300 meter limit that Justice had imposed on him in the case for which he remained under house arrest.

The security cameras that Ayala’s family had positioned to protect the woman’s safety made it possible to see the black Hilux truck stop in front of the door of the club in the early hours of December 30th and then in the morning of the same day with a revealing detail.

Anabelia Ayala, again according to the video in which the alleged date and time of the recording is seen, gets out of the truck with some difficulty to head towards the entrance of her home.the same one in which he decided to take his own life a few hours before the new year. “He arrived with swollen eyes, locked himself in his room and didn’t want to come out.”stated José Ayala in his interview with Clarín, where he also presented a chilling complaint against Junior Benítez.

Rodrigo Tripolone, lawyer of the victim’s family, was the one who presented to Justice the modification of the cover of the case in which Junior Benítez was accused of “coercion aggravated by the use of a firearm in real competition, with damage, threats and disobedience”.

What happened to Anabelia?

Between the night of the 31st and the early morning of January 1st, a party took place in the Ayala house. Families from inside came to sit at the table and the postcard looked the same as that of any other house: gathering, meeting and end-of-year toast. They were the last moments of celebration in a house where the smile will take a while to return.

Agustín knocked on Anabelia’s bedroom door and her sister didn’t answer. Nothing new, they had already gotten used to her: she lived submissively to her ex-boyfriend, the footballer Junior Benítez, who didn’t let her stay with anyone, not even at her house, and that night he wouldn’t have done except her. They toasted without her. They didn’t know that the young woman had decided to take her life by hanging herself.

While all this was happening, in another house in the Malvinas Argentinas neighborhood, the family of the former Boca and Lanús striker watched the horror through a tablet, through an application, without doing anything. This is what Anabelia’s parents report after listening to an audio in which an alleged relative of Benítez tells what happened.

“We didn’t toast because it was time and we didn’t toast because we were all with… How is it? Nothing, it seems that Junior and her have an application or, I don’t know, a camera that Junior was looking at and which, when cut, the girl crashed. And nothing, they called my house, did you see? because my aunt was there, so she could go and say that that asshole had hung up on her, because no one knew,” can be heard in a WhatsApp audio that José Ayala shares with Clarion. “She” is Anabelia, his daughter. And Junior, it’s Benítez, champion with Boca.

According to Anabelia’s parents, Benítez saw live how the young girl hanged herself in her own room. It was her way of freeing herself from harassment by the footballer who had not ended the relationship, nor after the report of violence against her and her family, for which under house arrest she wore an ankle bracelet that she did not respect. .

Like the plaster Buddha resting in front of the front door of the house, José maintains serenity. He listens to the audio again and complains because “no one from that family” had the courage to tell what was happening in his room at home. From the beginning he looked askance at her daughter’s boyfriend, because he never got out of the truck even to say hello when he went to pick her up or drop her off.

The same as the rest of the Benitez family, who he knows from the neighborhood. “They are quarrelsome, poorly educated,” he paints them himself. He doesn’t seek revenge. It didn’t occur to him to use violence. Believe in justice. In which he gets on the right path in the justice system, in the Divine and in social condemnation.

He hasn’t cried yet and explains on a tablet why his family lived with Benitez’s omnipresence. “It was either that or he lived somewhere else. Here we felt we could take care of her,” she says calmly. She only regrets the answer she gave to her lawyer when he asked him for his opinion on the actual fulfillment of the sentence and did not ask to be in prison, but rather to enjoy home benefits.

“I thought about his children, about the possibility that they could continue to see their father. I was thinking about his children and he wasn’t thinking about my daughter, I was wrong”, he says without shedding a tear.

The audio presents other clips in which Benitez’s alleged relative describes with extreme coldness the suicide, of which the footballer himself was a spectator. Anabelia’s tablet and cell phone are in the hands of Justice and will be examined to establish if the WhatsApp story is true, if the transmission was seen from another device, that of the former Boca footballer.
