URBA’s Top 13: Newman crushed Pucará and remains as a pointer

Newman crushed Pucará 60-28 on Saturday and remained leading and undefeated in the Top13 organized by the Buenos Aires Rugby Union (URBA), after playing on the sixth date.

Newman got his sixth consecutive win this afternoon and in the win against Pucará he leads the Top 13 with 28 units, followed by SIC and Alumni with six points lower.

For its part, the Alumni defeated Los Tilos by 30-28, while SIC reached a tight victory over Regatas de Bella Vista by 22-19.

CUBA, the reigning champion, beat San Luis 42-30, Belgrano beat CASI 37-28 and Hindú just beat Buenos Aires 27-26.

Next week point guard Newman will have a free date, while his escorts, SIC and Alumni, will face Atlético del Rosario and Hindú, respectively.
