Pedro Scooby opens up about tragedy: ‘Dead in cowardice’

The surfer Peter Scooby made an outburst on social media upon receiving the news of the MMA fighter’s death Diego Braga. The 44-year-old man was found dead in a community in Rio de Janeiro after going there in search of his stolen motorcycle. His body was located by the police hours after he went to the community. With the repercussions, Scooby vented and said that he knew the fighter.

On social media, Pedro spoke about how the fighter was killed. “Today I had an incredible day and at the end of the night I received some super sad news. Diego Braga, a guy I met recently at a friend’s house, super loved by everyone, had an incredible project that taught MMA classes to kids, was cowardly killed. Whoever did this to him must pay. I’m not here to judge what anyone does, but cowardice is not good anywhere, it is not respected by anyone“, he said.

So, he sent a message to his friend’s family. “May God comfort the family’s heart, may his son be able to remain firm and strong, may God comfort not only his heart, but that of the entire family. Enjoy life guys, sometimes in the snap of a finger… as far as I know we don’t have another“, he stated.

Diego Braga’s girlfriend vents

The MMA fighter Diego Braga was found dead at the age of 44 in a community in Rio de Janeiro. According to the G1 website, he went to the community to try to recover a motorcycle that was stolen, but it was missing and his body was located on Monday, the 15th. Now, the case is at the Homicide Police Station, which continues with the investigation.

With the sad news, his girlfriend, Julia Araujo, made an outburst on social media when commenting on her boyfriend’s death. In Instagram stories, she said: “Today was the end of my life. Please don’t look for me”. Soon after, she even showed a photo of them on the beach and said: “My whole life. I love you forever”.
