Exactly one week before the start of the Professional League Cup, the AFA Executive Committee announced this Thursday the new general ticket costs for matches in the different categories of Argentine footballin which he highlighted the “popular prices” which are maintained despite the economic context and considering that it is the cheapest entertainment in the countrycompared to recitals, cinemas and even streaming series and cinema platforms.
In numbers, First Division matches can be watched from the stands for a minimum of 8,000 pesos and a maximum of 9,900 pesos. Meanwhile in the First National team the margin will be between 8,000 and 6,450, in the First B between 6,450 and 4,950, in the First C and in the women’s tournament between 5,850 and 4,000, and in Futsal it will be paid between 4,000 and 2,800.
There is also a detail and that is that many Professional League clubs have as many season ticket holders as there are seats in their stadiums, so they rarely sell tickets to the general public and rely only on their own members.
In this sense, the Professional League has released a statement to underline it “In a very complicated phase of our economy, clubs accompany members and spectators with popular prices”.
“In times of inflationary peaks, compensation and daily price increases, football clubs are once again taking the same side: that of accompanying the efforts of the member or spectator of our competitions and trying to make the entertainment lighter consumed. of our country”, he observed.
