Boca Juniors will be at home this Thursday for the first time this season when they will receive Sarmiento de Junín, even if it will not be at La Bombonera but at the San Lorenzo de Almagro stadium, for the second match of zone B of the Professional Football League Cup (LPF). The match will start at 7pm at the Nuevo Gasómetro, with on-field refereeing by Sebastián Zunino and VAR by Héctor Paletta. The broadcast will be by TNT Sports.

Boca began its journey as guests of Platense (0-0), so today there will be a reunion with its fans: 28,000 people were authorized for safety reasons.

The first step of Diego Martínez’s team (0-0 against Platense) left several questions due to the lack of functioning of the midfield area, especially when the ball passed through Juan Ramírez – he will be out of the starting eleven -. It is therefore not surprising that Kevin Zenón, one of Vicente López’s reinforcements and one of his best, is the main candidate to replace him.

Sarmiento de Junín, with the aim of taking away the regret of never having beaten Boca as a guest, would have the proceeds of Pablo Pérez for José Mauri in the center of the field and Lisandro López for the Chilean striker Iván Morales. And the doubt in the background between Diego Calcaterra and Juan Guasone.
