The brave band of Chacarita organized a funeral for the fan killed on their pitch: they carried the coffin onto the playing field

THE Brave Chacarita bar fired this Monday inside the playing field from his stadium to the fan murdered last Saturday during a clash between the Barrabrava factions during the first round match of the Primera Nacional against Deportivo Maipú de Mendoza.

The 43-year-old man was he walked across the grass of the field into his coffin by dozens of Funebrero fans who carried him singing songs from the stands, along with flags and even wind instruments.

The video showing the evocative scene it spread through social networks and the fans of the San Martín team expressed their opinion indignation at what happened. “Now we will never play on our field again,” some said.

Jorge Daniel Durán had entered the hospital of Belgrano de San Andrés with his son with vital signs although with a stab wound to the chest. Resuscitation attempts were futile and the fan died on Saturday.

The Chacarita chaos brought him to the stadium after Durán was previously watched by family and friends.
