A former footballer of the club Godoy Cruz was sentenced to three years’ suspended prison sentence and seven years’ disqualification from driving vehicles for the death of a teenager, which occurred in 2019, during a collision with a motorcycle in that town in the province of Mendoza.

With these and other reports, the Transit prosecutor, Fernando Giunta, charged the footballer with the crime of “aggravated manslaughter” and bail was set to regain his freedom.
