The first decision of the AFA disciplinary tribunal on the Argentina Cup scandal between Chacarita and Tigre

Eight days have passed since a bottle full of water hit the attacker’s head. In turn, if as a consequence of the indicated hypotheses it is prevented the start of the match or its continuation, will apply to the club responsible for the match a deduction of 9 to 30 points credited as relevant responsibilities and a decision may be taken to lose the category or even to disaffiliate. Finally, the Disciplinary Tribunal may declare the team of the responsible club to have lost the match, regardless of the time played and the number of goals scored. The sanctions provided for in this article will apply to any event that occurs before, during or after the match, inside or outside the stadium.”

At first, Chacarita’s coach, Aníbal Biggeri, declared: “I play when they want and where they want. I don’t have any problems.
