Vampeta has debt for her daughters’ school and the court makes a decision

The former football player Marcos André BatistaO Vampeta, faces debt. According to Veja São Paulo magazine’s website, he owes monthly fees to his daughters’ school and the amount has already exceeded R$300,000. With that, the court made a decision.

The publication revealed that the São Paulo Court authorized the seizure of two properties in his name in the city so that the debt could be paid off. However, the athlete’s defense informed that he cannot be charged for the debt because he did not sign a contract with the school and that the responsibility would lie with the girls’ mother, who is his ex-wife.

For now, he has not commented on the matter.

Prince Harry’s debt

The prince Harry he could end up with a million-dollar debt for having lost a case he opened in the British courts. He missed the first stage of his application to guarantee security for his family in the UK. Now, he can appeal. If he loses in the next stage again, he will have to pay an impressive amount.

According to the international press, Harry could receive a bill of up to 1 million pounds – around R$6 million – if he loses the case in the High Court. The amount involves the costs of his lawyers and also the legal costs of the Ministry of the Interior to respond to the case. The tradition in court there is that the loser pays the legal costs of both sides.
