The case of abuse against Vélez players advances: a hotel employee testified and the stage man said he had only brought “two cans of beer”

The complaint of sexual abuse presented by a young 24-year-old journalist against four footballers from the Velez continues its course among new testimonies that provide information on the case. This was announced by the public prosecutor in charge, Eugenia María Posse The Gesell Chamber will take place between Friday and Monday close, as long as the victim is able to be interviewed by professionals.

The doubt they have is that it is unlikely that the quantity of alcohol, initially consumed by five people, was sufficient to leave them defenseless.

The news, however, is not limited to alcohol consumption. It was made known the version of one of the maids who cleaned the room where the abuse allegedly took place. The employee allegedly stated that the sheets were stained, so she removed them to be washed, without having prior knowledge of the existence of a sexual abuse complaint.

Furthermore, the public prosecutor Posse informed the defenders José María Molina (representative of Osorio and Cufré), Ernesto Baaclini (Sosa) and Camilo Atim and María Florencia Abdala (defenders of Florentín Bobadilla), as well as the complainant Patricia Neme, on the current state of the case and the pending results of the appraisal. During the meeting, The defenders have announced that their clients wish to participate in the Gesell Chamber.

The initial complaint stated that the young woman had agreed to meet the goalkeeper Sebastián Sosa (37 years old) at the Hilton hotel after a match between Atlético Tucumán and Vélez. According to her testimony, she went up to the room where Abiel Alesio Osorio (22 years old), Braian Ezequiel Cufré (27 years old) and José Ignacio Florentín Bobadilla (27 years old) were also present. The complainant stated this she may have subsequently been druggedwhich left her incapacitated, at which time, according to her statements, the last three players abused her.

Sosa’s lawyer spoke
