It is worth mentioning that Daniel has been in prison for 14 months, even before he was sentenced to four and a half years in prison with a victim compensation order. In fact, the player’s legal team was given the possibility of appealing in new instances after the trial. Due to this condition, it was established that he could wait in freedom upon payment.
