A new episode of violence has occurred in Argentine football, once again overshadowing what should be a family-friendly show. It happened in Alta Córdoba before the match between Institute AND Juniors of Argentina. for the twelfth round of the Professional League Cup.
The two factions of the Cordoba group’s barrabrava crossed paths in a brutal clash that ended two people injured, one with a head injury and the other with a bullet in the foot. The accident occurred at the intersection of Trafalgar and José Antonio de Sucre streets, near the Juan Domingo Perón Monumental Stadium.
The dispute between these two groups is nothing new for those who closely follow Gloria’s daily life, but in this case it was not a simple argument, but rather the conflict escalated and firearms were used. “Due to circumstances to be ascertained, a fight occurred between two bars where around 20 explosions were heard”, the police report says.
It was at that time that police officers used Byrna’s non-lethal weapons to deter people, at which time the Darío Matías Crovella, 38 years old, was injured following impact with a brick on the head. He was treated by Dr. Sabrina Sandoval and was diagnosed with a head injury with an open wound. The necessary treatments were carried out and he entered the stadium.
