From the Netflix killer to the “horror doctor”: what the “celebrity prison” where Robinho is locked up is like

Former striker Robinho has been sentenced to nine years in prison for a sexual abuse crime committed in 2013 in Italy. Also housed there is Dr. Roger Abdelmassih, known as “the horror doctor”, who was the world’s most wanted sex criminal and sentenced to 278 years in prison for molesting and raping more than 30 women. With a profile more similar to that of Robinho, Edinho, Pelé’s son, was also detained in Sao Paulo prison for drug trafficking.

Despite this, one could say that it is more like a “VIP prison” as inmates are destined for that place where they receive better quality care and other benefits such as music lessons and football and chess tournaments.
