A new complaint for sexual violence has Boca Juniors striker Sebastián Villa as the star. The coffee attacker, who has a pending trial for mistreating his ex -partner, has been accused by a young woman of rape and attempted murder.
The case was filed in the Court of Guarantees 2 by Esteban Echeverría and Villa was charged with the crimes of sexual abuse with carnal access and attempted murder.
The girl recounted in the criminal complaint that she started seeing Villa in 2020, during the pandemic, but the alleged attack took place on June 26 last year when, as she pointed out, both were on their way home from food and he, allegedly drunk, became violent.
In that complaint, the young woman pointed out that she started physically hurting him when they returned from eating in a house to a provincial house and also asserted that there were past acts of psychological violence.
“Coming about 10 pm Sebastian drank a lot of alcohol and although I was accustomed to seeing him in such a state, he began to make a scene of jealousy of me because I had – according to the defendant – an encounter with a fellow member of staff. In this scene, the tone of his voice began to rise and as a result became more violent than usual, so because of this incident we left the house/village where the barbecue was held, this after about 10 pm, ” said the complainant.

From there, as he pointed out, they headed to Villa’s house, where more people were invited by someone close to the striker. Moments later, only he, Villa and the security of the soccer player, nicknamed “Vikingo”, remained. At that moment, he said, “the worst situation of his life” began.
“We’re lying down because we’re going to sleep like a usual night, more than 1 Bottle of Whiskey Sebastian. He was caressing me on the face, when he suddenly became violent, he squeezed my jaw and the back of my neck., He slapped me on the face. face and he said to me ‘did you like my colleagues?’ ”, the complainant hinted.
He also made sure that at that moment he hit it once and prevented him from leaving, closing the door.
In recounting the violent situation, the woman rudely detailed: “She seemed satisfied with the situation, she played with the intensity of her strength, as she told me to stop the nonsense and don’t leave, applying more intensity to touching the leg and I lower it to try to convince me, this situation becomes a grab on my hip where I throw myself on the bed ”.
After narrating the rape, the complainant asserted that “when the sexual submission is complete” he started “crying uncontrollably”. “I begged him to let me go, that he told me I couldn’t leave until I calmed down,” he added.
The girl also said the soccer player offered her $ 5,000 so she wouldn’t complain and recorded conversations in which she asked her to forget “everything that happened.” After the event, he was treated at Penna Hospital and doctors recommended that he file a complaint, but he refused because he was “scared.”
Roberto Castillo, the complainant’s attorney, confirmed Friday in statements to TyC Sports that he had audio, video and photo materials “to support the complaint.” “There is a lot of evidence to reach a conviction, this is a very serious crime,” stressed the lawyer, who argued that the woman had not promoted criminal action before “out of fear.”
“She was a girl who was scared all year and had communications from the environment. Giving publicity to her complaint protects her, if she didn’t promote criminal action before it was out of fear. She wanted to close this cycle, this nightmare has come to life, Castillo concludes.
