The request was made official this evening by the head of the Functional Education Unit (UFI) 3 Specializing in Family and Gender Violence, Sexual Abuse and Crimes Related to Trafficking in Human Beings by Lomas de Zamora.

Now the judge of Lomas de Zamora’s Guarantees 2, Javier Maffucci Moore, will have to decide whether or not to accept the request.

The Colombian striker is being investigated for alleged sexual abuse of a young woman at his home in Canning in June last year.

Villa had been subjected to psychological tests last week in the offices of the Public Prosecutor of the Courts of Lomas de Zamora. The report consisted of five points, based on the request made by the prosecutor.

These results had left González in a position to summon the Colombian footballer as a defendant in the coming days, after both the doctors who treated the victim and the police said they did not remember the situation described by the 26-year-old girl, which took place on June 26, 2021. However, the prosecutor directly chose to ask for his arrest.

What the experience at Villa showed

The appraisal was carried out by a forensic psychiatrist of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in order to establish “the traits and / or characteristics of the personality of the accused; any pathologies or conditions he presents; and if he suffers from any disease or disorder that implies any disturbance the degree of awareness or affectation of self-criticism “.

What was the experience determined? What does Villa have “a normal personality”, in which “no psychopathic characteristics or psychosis are observed”. Likewise, in the second and third points, it was specified that “he does not have psychiatric pathology or mental disorders” nor “suffers from any mental illness or disorder that implies a disturbance of the degree of consciousness or affectation of self-criticism and hetero-criticism at the time of the interview” .

“He is not dangerous for himself or for third parties in an imminent way, he can understand the criminality of his acts and direct his actions”, he added in the fourth point of the letter which meant the response to the prosecutor’s request.

And he completed: “Judgment and criteria of reality preserved, with awareness of the situation, without psychiatric pathologies as far as he can declare without prejudice to his psychophysical well-being”.

The complaint against Sebastian Villa

It was presented in writing on 13 May at Esteban Echeverría’s UFI 3 and, three days later, the complainant ratified it in person at the prosecutor’s office.

The victim told, first in writing and then in the prosecutor’s office, that the event took place on the night of June 26, 2021, in the “Venado II” country house in the city of Canning, in Buenos Aires, where the footballer lived and after a barbecue attended by other players from the xeneize team.

According to the complaint, Villa had consumed “a lot of alcohol” and began berating him for suspecting he liked them or had been with other players on campus.

After having a strong argument, they both left their jobs and went to the footballer’s home along with a security guard and a friend of the football player and there she said that Villa locked her in a room, sexually abused her and tried to suffocate her.

The young woman presented as evidence some exchanges of messages in which Villa apologized for the incident and justified himself by saying that he had “drunk a lot”, and also complained that the player sent him $ 5,000 so that he would not file any complaint. a sum which he then repaid.

For its part, the judge of the Guarantees 2 of Lomas de Zamora, Javier Maffucci Moore, has issued a precautionary measure which provides for a perimeter constraint and impediment of Villa’s contact with the victim, but rejected a request for a ban on leaving the country for the player, as it had been adopted in the previous case for gender-based violence against his former Colombian partner Daniela Cortés last year and is still pending validity.
