Kyra Gracie enchants when she appears in a gi with her children and talks about the importance of Jiu-Jitsu for children

In one of the images, Kyra posed in a cute moment with her daughters. In the caption of the post, the five-time Jiu-Jitsu world champion commented on the importance of children starting early in the sport and told about the evolution of her little ones with the martial art.

Children who enter Jiu-Jitsu are working on self-confidence, self-esteem, concentration, discipline, health, among other diverse benefits.
