the mother owl Kyra Gracie (37) filled her feed with love by posting new photos with her kids! On Monday, the 13th, the fighter shared a sequence of clicks from the heirs, ayra (7), Kyara (5) and rayan (1), fruits of her marriage to the actor Malvino Salvador (46), wearing kimono.
In one of the images, Kyra posed in a cute moment with her daughters. In the caption of the post, the five-time Jiu-Jitsu world champion commented on the importance of children starting early in the sport and told about the evolution of her little ones with the martial art.
“What is the importance of contact with the mats from an early age? Children who enter Jiu-Jitsu are working on self-confidence, self-esteem, concentration, discipline, health, among other diverse benefits. The results of training and teaching are reflected at home, at school and in everyday relationships”, started writing.
“The main examples I have are in my own house: Ryan developed his motor and cognitive part much better with the baby Jiu-Jitsu training at Gracie Kore. Ayra, my oldest daughter, learned to take a stand and say no , knowing that she doesn’t always have to be the one who accepts everything. Kyara, who doesn’t stand still, learned to control herself and channel her energy into the sport. Do you have a child who does Jiu-Jitsu from an early age? Tell me about your experience !”said further.
