The legal situation of Boca Juniors striker Sebastián Villa is even more complicated after a woman on Friday ratified in court that the Colombian footballer tried to rape her the same night he is also accused of having assaulted another woman.
The new accusation further complicates the striker’s situation, even if the young woman who appeared this Friday before the prosecutor Vanesa González in Esteban Echeverría does not want to file a complaint.
On Thursday afternoon, a witness confirmed the statements of Tamara Doldán, the young woman who reported being raped in a town of Canning in June 2021, and provided some information about the other victim.
That statement was added to the file in which the Colombian striker is accused of “sexual abuse with carnal access” of a 26-year-old girl, who had reported him last May despite the event allegedly taking place on June 26, 2021.
