With the last place on the podium, the reefer imposed himself as the leader of the championship, in which he leads with 264 points, followed by Santiago Mangoni (Chevrolet), with 236, and the Uruguayan Maurizio Lambiris (Ford), with 223.

The Turinese started from first place, after winning the fastest series, and in the first laps he had to endure the pressure of Giuliano Santero (Ford), who had set the second best time in the morning. Del Viso, who got Toyota’s best result since the brand’s arrival at TC, gave him no respite and was about to steal the lead in one of the restarts, after being neutralized with 13 laps to go after leaving Nicola Bonelli (Ford). Todino did not take his foot off the accelerator and managed to defend the lead, which he then maintained without further problems until the checkered flag.

“The car flew every time I went out on the track. Matías (Rossi) threw me very well at the restart. I accelerated to the maximum. When the cut of the car left me I see that Rossi jumped into me. Luckily everything went very well. well, “commented the Buenos Aires native, fourth in the league.

Todino celebrated his second victory, after the one obtained in the last round of last year in San Juan.
