The National Union of Neighborhood Clubs promotes the strengthening and institutional growth of neighborhood clubs.
The National Union Circoli di Quartiere, which brings together the efforts of thousands of institutions offering sports, social and recreational activities, is the axis of the new book by journalist and writer Osvaldo Jara and which constitutes the recent launch of Ediciones al Arco, aimed at to sports publications.
The book covers the history of neighborhood clubs and their confluence into the National Union of Neighborhood Clubs. For Jara – journalist and writer – this is his third job with this publishing house, after having published two books on the history of Peronism in its connection with sport.
Al Arco thus gives continuity to the diffusion of the “sports and football literature” of which he refers, in his return to the bookstore after the recent publication of “Hay pelota” by Walter Vargas and “Pelé en Celeste y Blanco”, by Luis Vinker.
