Independiente receives Platense this Monday at the Libertadores de América-Ricardo Bochini stadium, for the sixth round of the Professional League, and with the aim of recovering from a hard fall during their trip to Paraná. The match, which is played from 9:30 pm with referee Pablo Dóvalo, is broadcast by TNT Sports.
The Red seemed to stabilize in the Professional League at the hands of Eduardo Domínguez, but last Monday, he received a reality hit when he fell 3 to 1 in front of a weak board of trustees. Tonight Independiente are looking to cut their losing streak once and for all, against an unbeaten Platense.
And so it is, Omar De Felippe’s team has not yet lost in Serie A, and rack up nine points, with the possibility of adding three tonight to move up to third place in the league. Brown’s only victory over Independiente and Avellaneda was the 1996 Opening. Today he will try to repeat the feat.
