After the refusal of FIFA, in Chile they did not stand by and turned to the Appeals Commission. The arguments in support of the appeal aimed at overturning the first decision were presented through his lawyer, in which four points of the sentence are contradicted.
Carlezzo challenged the sentence and hinted that he will go to the last consequences to reverse what he called “one of the greatest injustices” suffered in his professional career. Regarding what was released by FIFA, the Chilean Federation are dissatisfied and affirm it to RedGol “the reasoning is full of misunderstandings, contradictions and hasty interpretations of the facts”.
