Francesco Cerundolo wants to continue on the road to victory. The tennis player from Buenos Aires faces the Italian Lorenzo Musetti for the semifinal of Hamburg ATP 500 looking for a new final and his ninth consecutive victory. The Argentinian arrives after securing his first title on the circuit after beating Sebastián Báez in the decisive match at Bastad ATP last week and will be looking to maintain his good level on clay.

Cerúndolo continues with his great moment even if he had to make an effort to eliminate the Russian Karatsev (37th) by 6-3, 4-6 and 7-6 (7/4). The Argentine had already beaten another Russian, Andrey Rublev (8th) in the previous round.

Juan Carlos Ferrero’s pupil will face this Saturday in the semifinal a Slovak Alex Molcan (48th), who overtook the Croatian Borna Coric (183 °), who came out losing 7-6 (9/7) and 2-0.
