There are more than 200 Brazilian competitors in the race, which makes the challenge for the Argentine “cuberos” even greater.

Another of the Argentine guys who gets people talking in the Brazilian tournament is Nicolás Campanario, who is also 14 years old and this Saturday he achieved a surprising result: in his first attempt in the multi-blind category, which consists of solving without watching a series of cubes, he got 9/9.

So explained his father, Sebastián: “He is a BEAST. He memorized 9 cubes in less than an hour, solved them mentally, covered his eyes and performed the 9 solutions blindly without a single mistake”, he said.
